Autoimmune Disease & Inflammatory Arthritis

Clario supports imaging endpoints in a wide range of autoimmune diseases affecting multiple body systems including joints, muscles, lungs, skin, and others. There are many challenges, as imaging methods are diverse, and endpoints include a variety of semiquantitative and quantitative assessments.

Among inflammatory arthritis conditions, Clario’s experts, KOL partners, and advisors provide central reading services for all imaging endpoints in Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA), and Spondyloarthritis (SpA). Using modified Sharp scoring radiographs to assess joint damage, Clario has helped achieve regulatory approval for the majority of therapies currently on the market for RA and PsA. Our deep expertise ranges from nasal polyp imaging to characterization of lung parenchymal changes and densitometric evaluation to assess the progression of emphysema and airway wall thickening in COPD with CT.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS), chest Computed Tomography (CT) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET) are among the techniques used in pulmonary imaging of asthma patients to assess both structure and function.
