Diversity and inclusion

We believe that a more diverse workforce makes us stronger as we empower our customers to unlock better evidence from their clinical trials. That’s why we create opportunities at all levels for people of all genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and functional needs. Our Diversity Council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help us create an inclusive culture for all.


Clario is committed to sustainable and ethical business practices. Our Strategic Sustainability Action Plan guides us as we embrace environmental accountability, invest in programs to reuse devices, reduce packaging, and implement tangible ways to improve the sustainability of our supply chain.

Improving inclusiveness in clinical trials

The lack of diversity in clinical trials leads to less reliable safety and efficacy data for specific patient populations. We are working to make clinical trials more innovative and inclusive through strategic partnerships with leading organizations and through our decentralized trial solutions that make it easier for a more diverse set of patients to participate.
