Embedding D&I in our DNA:

Inspired by our Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer and our Diversity Council, Clario is a place where people of all genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and functional needs can build a meaningful career. Diversity in clinical trials

We believe that clinical trials must reflect real-world populations. Through our partnerships with The Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP), Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO) and Cornell University, Clario works tirelessly with sponsors and partners to expand access and create diversity of race, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation within patient studies.

Employee Resource Groups

Our Diversity Council & Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) drive an inclusive environment at Clario. Through these groups, employees across the company have the opportunity to connect, discuss, educate and lead us in building a culture where everyone feels valued and accepted.

Women’s Leadership Network

The Clario Women’s Leadership Network supports women on their journey to becoming inspiring leaders, using the collective power of women, learning, sharing and supporting each other.

People of Color Network

The Clario People of Color Network ‘s objective and immediate directive is to level the playing field through the recruitment, development, and advancement of people of color.

LGBTQ+ Network

The Clario LGBTQ+ employee resource group’s objective is to ensure people feel comfortable bringing their whole self to work and that our systems, benefits and policies support our colleagues.

M.I.N.D. Network

The Clario Mental Inclusivity and Neurodiversity (M.I.N.D) employee resource group fosters inclusion of neurodivergent team members, empowers their careers, and advocates for the recruitment of neurodiverse candidates to fuel innovation in our global workforce.

Patient and Caregiver Network

The Clario Patient and Caregiver employee resource group aims to make Clario a better place to work for patients and caregivers, provides product insights that enhance patient experiences, and empowers advocacy that impacts the global community.
