Session Title: Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning
Presentation Title: ID Tu1999: GENERALIZATION OF AN AI-BASED ULCERATIVE COLITIS SCORING ALGORITHM ACROSS MULTIPLE SITES
Abstract:
IBD trial breakthrough! Attend Clario’s DDW poster session to learn how AI is transforming IBD clinical trials!
Join us to discuss exciting developments in Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) clinical trials. Studies are currently underway that employ AI integration on the central reading workflow of Mayo Endoscopic Score (MES) of Ulcerative colitis (UC) trials. Presenting the findings is Kenneth W. Gaither, Ph.D., VP Medical Imaging and Specialty Solutions at Clario. The Machine Learning (ML) model expedite video scoring, maintaining accuracy comparable to human readers. By augmenting training data with various/diverse site videos, we’ve enhanced the model showcasing improved performance, highlighting AI’s potential to revolutionize IBD research. Stop by to hear more!
