Madhura Ingalhalikar, Ph.D.

MRI Scientist at Clario

Dr. Ingalhalikar is an expert in MR Neuroimage acquisition, processing and analysis. Her clinical trial work on imaging endpoints targets the development of novel techniques in diffusion MRI analysis and connectomics, neuro-radiomics and AI-based analysis applied to Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, multi-system atrophy, Duchene’s muscular dystrophy, autism and brain tumors. Dr. Ingalhalikar received a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa, with a keen focus on method development for deformable registration of diffusion tensor images. At her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, department of radiology, she progressed from the diffusion MRI to connectomics and machine learning for neuro-image analysis. She has authored over 50 high impact research papers and serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Neuroradiology, the official publication of the French Society of Neuroradiology.

Adam Jagodinsky, Ph.D.

Scientific Advisor, Precision Motion at Clario

Dr. Jagodinsky is a scientific advisor and oncology lead on the Precision Motion Science and Consulting team where he works to advance the use of digital health technologies in clinical and academic research. Dr. Jagodinsky consults with sponsors on implementing wearable sensor solutions in clinical trials and provides comprehensive scientific support surrounding instrumented test and endpoint selection. Prior to joining Clario, Dr. Jagodinsky earned tenure in the Department of Exercise Science at Illinois State University. He has a background in biomechanics and human movement science, and his research focuses on the mechanics and control of gait and posture as well as leveraging technology for field-based human movement assessment.

Principal Scientific Advisor at Clario

Laura Khurana is an experienced public health and clinical research professional with a special interest in electronic clinical outcome assessments (eCOAs) for clinical trials. Laura has 17 years of experience in the clinical research industry, initially working in web-based data collection for patient registries and post-approval safety studies. Laura has been at Clario for 10 years, and in her current role as principal scientific advisor she is responsible for leading the scientific direction for eCOA services, including directing data collection design strategy based on best practices, knowledge of the literature, patient and site preferences, and applicable regulations. She has experience supporting trials across a wide range of clinical indications, including multiple sclerosis, headache and migraine, dermatology, and diabetes. Laura earned her MPH from Boston University School of Public Health, and her BA from the University of Georgia.
